Shipping and payment information

The prices stated on this website apply exclusively to direct deliveries from h+s Präzisionsfolien GmbH to business/corporate customers and public institutions in Germany and all EU countries.

Sales only to commercial companies (B2B), authorities, educational institutions, public institutions (B2A), we do not conclude contracts with consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

Delivery is only possible to addresses in Germany and all EU countries except Italy and Spain. Alternatively, it is possible to collect the goods from us.

Delivery conditions Germany

• Standard products up to 150mm wide with a value of goods (excluding VAT) under 50€ ex works, excluding packaging.
• Standard products up to 150mm wide with a value of goods (excluding VAT) from 50€ free of charge including packaging.
• Dimensions over 150mm wide always ex works excluding packaging.

• For online orders with “forwarding” shipping method, the costs stated are only estimates. The actual costs will be communicated to you in our order confirmation.
• Dimensions in widths of over 625mm can only be rolled up and packaged in a cardboard core and can only be sent to the above-mentioned countries by a freight forwarder or picked up from us by a truck. Collection by parcel services is not possible for these products.
• Alternatively, it is possible to collect the goods from our factory in Vohenstrauss.

Delivery conditions EU countries (except Italy and Spain)

Discount on standard products (not for custom-made products and laser-cut parts)

• From a value of goods (excluding VAT) 125€ 5% discount
• From a value of goods (excluding VAT) 250€ 10% discount
• From a value of goods (excluding VAT) 500€ 15% discount

Payment terms

• From the invoice date within 10 days with a 2% discount or 30 days net
• Amounts under 30 euros are immediately net
We send the invoices as an “electronic invoice” as a PDF file by email. Please only initiate payment after receiving our invoice.

Delivery time

• Shipping takes place approx. 1-3 days after receipt of order, non-binding.
• Urgent small orders for standard products up to 150mm wide as well as formats in approx. 305x1000 and approx. 610x1000mm will be dispatched on the same day if received by approx. 11:00 a.m. if possible.


Parcel delivery times for national shipping: approx. 1-2 working days
Parcel delivery times for international shipping: approx. 2-6 working days depending on the country


If your package does not arrive within the delivery times stated above, we have the following options to intervene in the shipping process:
• Transit time complaint (after 5 working days without scanning/booking)
  
• Research order (after 10 working days without scanning/booking)

If the address is incorrect, the package will automatically be returned to us. The costs for returning or re-shipping must be reimbursed.
